1. Overview

At ACME Poshan (hereafter “we”, “us”, “our”), we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

This Return policy outlines when and how you may request a return or replacement for products purchased from our website or store.

2. When Refunds or Returns Are Allowed

We will consider refund or return requests under the following circumstances upon receiving sufficient proof of purchase and the defect: The product you received is damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described (e.g. wrong product, wrong quantity, visible damage during shipping).

The shipment was lost or not delivered (provided you inform us within a reasonable time).

A genuine mistake was made in order fulfillment (e.g. wrong item shipped).

Otherwise, especially for perishable goods, opened or consumed items, we do may not accept returns or refunds.

3. Timeframe to Request a Refund or Return

To be eligible for a refund or return, you must request it within 7 days of the delivery date (or order date, as applicable). Any return or replacement or refund requests made after this 7-day period will not be entertained.

Requests made after this period may be rejected.

4. Conditions for Returned Products

Returned items must meet the following conditions (unless damaged/defective):
Unused, unopened and in original packaging.

All labels, tags, seals (if any) intact.

Include proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, invoice).

Products that have been opened, used, perished, or altered will not qualify for refunds/returns
(unless it is proved by you that they were damaged/defective at the time of delivery).

We do not entertain third-party claims for refunds or returns.

No returns will be accepted if a customer simply does not like the product after delivery or feels it does not meet their expectations. If you are dissatisfied with your order, please email us at poshan.support@acme.in, and our customer care team will respond within 24 hours.

5. How to Request a Refund or Return

To initiate a refund or return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our Customer Support at poshan.support@acme.in or call us at +91-9990488887 within the refund window, providing your order number, date of purchase, and reason for return/refund.

2. If requested, share photos of the product (especially if it is damaged, defective or
incorrect), this helps us speed up verification.

3. If we approve your request, we will provide instructions for returning the product (if necessary).

Do not send the product back before receiving our approval and instructions; unauthorized returns may be rejected.

6. Refund / Replacement

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

If approved — we will issue a full refund (to your original payment method) or provide a
replacement (as per your choice).

Refunds will be processed within 3 working days after we confirm receipt and eligibility.

If the product was damaged or incorrect, we will bear the return shipping cost. If you simply change your mind (and return is permitted), you or you maywill bear the shipping costs this depends on location and our discretion.

7. Exceptions & Non-Refundable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for refund/return, including (but not limited to):
Perishable goods (if sealed or packaging intact, we may allow return only if damaged /spoiled during transit).

Items already opened, used, or consumed.

Personalized or custom-made products (unless damaged/defective) .

Sale items, clearance goods, or items marked “final sale” (unless defective).

8. What If Order Is Lost or Not Delivered

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe:

Please contact us within 3 days of expected delivery date.

We may either resend the order or , issue a refund, or provide store credit depending on availability and your preference.

9. How Refunds are Processed

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method whenever possible. The time taken for funds to reflect will depend on the payment gateway / card / bank.

We will notify you via email or contact details provided when the refund/replacement is processed.
