Shipping policy
1. Overview
At Acme Poshan (hereafter “we”, “our”, “us”), we strive to deliver your orders in a timely and reliable manner. This Shipping Policy describes how and when we ship products purchased from our website/store, the associated costs, delivery timelines, and other relevant shipping terms.
2. Shipping Coverage & Delivery Time
Delivery Locations: We ship to locations across India.
Estimated Delivery Time: Under normal circumstances, orders shipped through our Prime Delivery mode are delivered within 1–2 days, while orders shipped via our Standard Delivery mode may take 3–4 business days for delivery in certain areas, depending on courier coverage."
These timelines represent standard delivery expectations and may vary slightly depending on courier capacity, high-volume periods, or unforeseen operational delays.
- Shipment Dispatch / Processing Time: Orders are processed and dispatched as soon as possible after confirmation within the same day.
- Delays & Exceptions: Delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control (e.g. high demand periods, courier delays, weather, holidays, remote locations, stock availability). In such cases, we will inform you and attempt to arrange the earliest possible delivery.
3. Shipping Charges & Payment Options
- Shipping costs (if any) will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete the payment.
- We are offering free shipping to order above 250INR below that we have a fixed shipping charge of 30INR.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): We offer COD across India with maximum order value 0f 600INR for COD orders.
- Packaging & Handling: We use secure, tamper-proof polybags to ensure products arrive safely. Any standard packaging/handling cost is already factored into the product price (or shipping cost as applicable).
4. Shipment Tracking & Confirmation
- Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number / consignment ID via email / SMS / order-update notification so you can track your shipment in real time.
- Use the tracking number to monitor the status of your package through the courier’s tracking portal.
- On delivery, please inspect the package. If the parcel appears damaged or tampered with, you should notify us immediately (before accepting) to raise a shipping-damage claim.
5. Delivery Failures, Missing or Lost Shipments
- If delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete address or other reasons or if the package is returned to us, we will contact you to reschedule delivery or request updated address.
- If you refuse or fail to accept the package without valid reason, additional shipping charges may apply on re-delivery (unless otherwise agreed).
- For lost, stolen, or missing shipments (after dispatch), please contact us at the earliest. We will coordinate with the courier partner, attempt to trace, and — if confirmed — offer replacement or refund as per our refund/return policy.
6. Order Cancellations & Changes
- If you wish to cancel or modify your order before dispatch, please cancel the order in the order menu or alternatively contact us immediately. We will attempt to accommodate, but cannot guarantee changes once dispatch begins.
